Devon Latham

Operations Manager of Transport & Care Team

Devon Latham has been serving families throughout Michigan during some of life's most difficult moments for nearly six years. As the Operations Manager of the Transport and Care Team at Ray Funeral Services, Devon has been with the organization since the beginning of it's Transport and Care division and has played an integral role in building and supporting the team since April 2025.
Raised on a farm in Shelbyville, Michigan, Devon developed a strong work ethic and a lifelong love for animals and caring for others. She and her husband of seven years have made their home in Southwest Michigan, where they are restoring an older home with plans to create a large garden and someday keep animals on their property. They share their home with their beloved Cane Corso/Rottweiler mix, Odessa, and two cats, Obitz and Pauly.
Helping others has always been the driving force behind Devon's career. After the loss of her father, Devon's commitment to funeral service became even stronger, inspiring her to pursue mortuary school to earn her funeral directors license. Her goal is to continue serving families throughout the Three Rivers area and across Michigan with the same compassion, dignity, and professionalism that has guided her throughout her career.
In addition to overseeing the Transport and Care Team, Devon assists with funeral services, participates in community events, and works alongside the Ray Funeral Services staff to provide exceptional care to every family they serve. She believes every person deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion during their time of loss.
Outside of work, Devon enjoys writing, reading, traveling, learning about history and animals, and spending time with her family and friends. Known for her gentle nature and compassionate heart, she is honored to walk alongside families as they navigate one of life's most difficult journeys.
