Wanda Mae Hagenbuch 79 of Three Rivers, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2009 at her home. She was born in Chicago, IL on June 14, 1929 the daughter of Wilbert and Estella (Smith) Helgeson. Wanda lived most of her life in Three Rivers coming from Chicago and married Richard K. Hagenbuch on Sept. 3, 1949 he died January 5, 2000. Wanda was a receptionist for Michigan Gas and Electric, GTE and Continental Can. She was also involved with the Three Rivers Hospital Auxiliary, Three Rivers Women's Club enjoyed painting, reading and her family. Wanda is survived by a son Jeffrey (Sally) Hagenbuch of Muskegon; 3 daughters, Sharon M. Hagenbuch of Kalamazoo; Robin L. Lauri of Portage; and Dawn L Hagenbuch of Three Rivers; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and a sister Betty Jane Altmane of Santa Barbara, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother Mark Helgeson. Cremation has been conducted. Family will receive friends Thursday January 8 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. were services will be held at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Bonnie McPherson officiating at the Eickhoff, Farrand, Halverson Chapel, Three Rivers. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
