Marieann Johnson, age 53 of White Pigeon. died Thursday March 13, 2014 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. She was born in Three Rivers on Nov. 17, 1960 the daughter of Alva J. and Stella N. (Wodjylo) Johnson, and was a lifetime resident of St. Joseph County. She is survived by three daughters, Shantell (Matt) Rumsey of Three Rivers, Brianne (Wes Shepherd) Johnson of White Pigeon and Ne'Stell Johnson of White Pigeon; three grandchildren, Trinity Johnson, Gage and Hunter Rumsey; two sisters, Roseanne Johnson of Oregon and Sueann Mirkovich of Indianapolis; seven brothers, Tim of Centreville, Ted of California, Jim of Lansing, John of Three Rivers, Jack of Canada, Tom of Sturgis, and Joe of Nevada; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Steve and Michael; sister in law, Marsha Johnson; and brother in law, Kenneth Mirkovich. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been conducted. A memorial service will be held Sunday July 13, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in Meyer Broadway Park, on Broadway Road, west of U.S. - 131. Memorial donations may be directed to her family.
