Marcie Marie Arnold, age 55 of rural Cassopolis died Thursday Sep. 14, 2017 at her home. She was born in Adrian, MI on Feb. 14, 1962 the daughter of George and Florence (Williams) Turney. She attended Dickinson and LaSalle Schools in South Bend. Marcie was married to Lorance D. Arnold on Aug. 30, 1986 in South Bend. They both worked at Voyager in Elkhart. She was also a homemaker, loved riding motorcycles, all things centered around her family. Marcie is survived by four children, Craig Phillips, Sandra Arnold, Hazel (Jack) Nichols, and Lorance Arnold, Jr. all of South Bend; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Kathy Bachman and Georgette (William) Arnold; and two brothers, Ron (Elsie) Hilyard and William Turney; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lorance in 2014; sister, Loretta Cook; and brothers, James Hilyard, Craig Turney, and Robert Turney. The family will receive friends from 11 am to 1 pm Tuesday, Sep. 19, 2017 at the Eickhoff Farrand Halverson Chapel, 305 Rock River Ave., Three Rivers, MI 49093. Funeral services will begin at 1 pm Tuesday at the funeral home followed by burial in Riverside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
