Louise Ann Ludwig, age 91 of Three Rivers, died Wednesday May 19, 2010 at the Three Rivers Health Emergency Room. She was born in Sturgis, MI on Oct. 3, 1918 the daughter of Carl and Anna (Rohr) Janke. The family later moved to the Howe area and Louise graduated from Scott High School. She was married to Robert F. Ludwig, Sr. on April 12, 1941 in Bryan, Ohio. They later made their home in Three Rivers where Louise worked for G.T.E. as an operator and account manager. She bowled in leagues at South Lanes, and enjoyed flower gardening. Louise is survived by a son, Mark Ludwig of Three Rivers; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Earl Janke of Three Rivers; 1 sister, Marie Miller of Durham, SC; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 2 sons, Robert Ludwig, Jr. and Michael Ludwig; 1 brother, Carl Janke; and 3 sisters, Florence Knapp, Henny Beckwith, and Emily Kirkpatrick. A private interment is being held Saturday May 22, 2010 at Riverside Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be directed to Heartland Healthcare Center in Three Rivers.
