Jerry Warren Martinsen, age 69 of Three Rivers, died Friday, April 1, 2022 at Fairview Living and Rehabilitation in Centreville. He was born in Three Rivers on April 15, 1952 the son of Einar Gustav Martinsen and Shirley E. (Selvig) Martinsen. He graduated from Three Rivers High School with the class of 1971 and attended Glen Oaks Community College. Jerry was an amateur astronomer and enjoyed painting, sculpturing, and electronics. Jerry is survived by a brother, Jim (Karla) Martinsen of Antigo, WI; a niece, Debra Martinsen; and two nephews, James Todd Martinsen and Chad E Martinsen; and by special friends, Jim Broadbridge, and Ken and Kathy Lawrence. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Judith Ann Martinsen. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at the Eickhoff Farrand Halverson Chapel in Three Rivers. Funeral services will begin at 1 pm Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Calvin Kolzow of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Glen Oaks Community College, or to a charity of your choice.
