Harvey B. Rhodes, age 88 of Three Rivers died Tuesday Sep. 13, 2016 at Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers. He was born in Three Rivers on Oct. 10, 1927 the son of the late Bernard A. and Irene (Coler) Rhodes and was a lifetime resident of Three Rivers. He was a longtime employee of the Cooper, Eddy, and Weyerhauser Paper Company where he was a forklift operator. Harvey enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a member of the National Rifle Association. He loved to watch old western movies, and spending time with his family. Harvey is survived by a son, Ernie L. Rhodes of Constantine; four step-children; two sisters, Beverly Kaufman and Janet Eggleston both of Three Rivers; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Arthur B. Rhodes and Eric J. Rhodes; and by a sister, Roseann Logston. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been conducted. No services are planned at this time.
