Harold Eugene Dodgson, age 80 of Three Rivers died Sunday Dec. 30, 2012 at Heartland Healthcare Center where he had resided the past 3 months. He was born in Three Rivers on Jan. 1, 1932 the son of Charles and Frances (Roe) Dodgson. He attended Three Rivers Schools and graduated from Mendon High School. He was a radar technician while serving in the U.S. Air Force in Korea. Harold was married to M. Ann Kearby on March 5, 1950 and they had made their home in Three Rivers since their marriage, and attended the Ninth Street United Methodist Church. He enjoyed camping and fishing in his spare time. Harold is survived by a son, David (Jane Short) Dodgson of Three Rivers; and a daughter, Pattie Dodgson of Grand Rapids. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ann; his son, Mike; 2 sisters, Eva Cook and Arlene Rosson; and a brother, Charles "Dusty" Dodgson. Cremation has been conducted. A memorial service will be held later in the spring of 2013 in Riverside Cemetery. Assistance was provided by the Eickhoff, Farrand, Halverson Chapel of Three Rivers.
