Chad William Hunt, age 33 of Three Rivers, died Friday Dec. 17, 2010 at his home following a long illness. He was born in Three Rivers on May 14, 1977 the son of John and Paula (Mains) Hunt and was a lifetime resident of Three Rivers. He graduated from Three Rivers High School where he participated in football and wrestling. Chad had been employed at Fiber Converters, and in his spare time enjoyed hunting, fishing, video games, and cooking. Chad is survived by his mother and step-father, Paula & Larry Nichols of Three Rivers; 3 daughters, Caitlyn Hunt and Emily Hunt both of Three Rivers, and Trinity Hunt of Constantine; step-brother, Mathew Nichols of Cassopolis; step-sister, Andrea Nichols of Sturgis; and grandmother, Carol Roe of Centreville. He was preceded in death by his father, John Hunt; and by his grandfather, John Roe. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Eickhoff Farrand Halverson Chapel in Three Rivers. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday Dec. 23, 2010 at the funeral home followed by burial in Parkville Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
