Brenda Lee Eaton, age 62 of Three Rivers, died Friday Sep. 14, 2012 at Riverview Manor in Three Rivers. She was born in Three Rivers on Jan. 5, 1950 the daughter of Raymond R. and Virginia (Stroup) Barrone and was a lifetime resident of Three Rivers. She was a homemaker who also enjoyed knitting, rose gardening, card-playing, fishing, and listening to the radio. Brenda was married to Elmer Eaton on Oct. 31, 1970 in Ft. Wayne, In. He survives along with her mother, Virginia Costoff of Waterloo, IN; 2 children, Patty (Melvin) Owens of Lansing; one son, David Mead of Flint; 3 step-children, Steven (Ethel) Eaton of Colon, Kevin (Annette) Eaton of Manhattan, IL, and Kathy (John) Lewis of Grand Haven; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 1 brother, Raymond Barrone, Jr. of Waterloo, IN; 2 sisters, Katherine Polling of Woodburn, IN and Cindy Barrone of Rockford, IL. She was preceded in death by her father. Cremation has been conducted. A private family memorial service will take place later.
