Amanda Cathleen Stratton

Amanda “Mindy” Cathleen Stratton, 43, passed away on October 20, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on February 9, 1983, in Pontiac, Michigan, to Richard David Mabbitt and Bridget Cathleen Gren.

Mindy had a big heart and a way of making everyone feel welcome. She never met a person she wouldn’t give the shirt off her back to. She was creative and loved arts and crafts, baking, holidays, and, of course, Mickey Mouse! More than anything, Mindy loved her family. Becoming a grandma was one of her greatest joys, and she cherished every second with her sweet granddaughter. Her love for her family and the happiness she found in the little things made her special to so many.

Mindy leaves behind a family who loved her dearly and will miss her more than words can say. Though their hearts are heavy, may they find comfort in God's loving arms and in the many wonderful memories they shared with her. The love Mindy gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Harley Stratton II; her sons, Devon (Alissa) Daniels, Dakota (Grace) Daniels, and Mason Daniels; her cherished granddaughter, Leila; her granddog, Moose; and Harley’s children, Taylin and Ryhker Stratton. She also leaves behind her parents; her sister, Heidi Beemus; her brother, Josh Mabbitt; her special nieces, Skyler, Kodi, Emmersyn, Audrey, and Adellyah; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Cremation will take place, and private services will be held at a later date.
